Use the search bar in Dropbox to enter the item number. The matching images will appear, making it quick and easy to locate exactly what you need.

🖥️ How to Download a Single Image

On a PC:

  1. Open Dropbox: Access the Dropbox link provided.
  2. Locate Your Image: Browse the folder or use the search bar to find the item number.
  3. Right-Click: Hover over the image thumbnail, then right-click.
  4. Select “Download”: Click the “Download” option to save the file to your computer.
  5. Check Downloads Folder: By default, the image will save in your Downloads folder.

On a Mac:

  1. Open Dropbox: Click the Dropbox link in your browser.
  2. Locate Your Image: Use the search bar or browse to find the desired image.
  3. Control-Click or Right-Click: Right-click the image thumbnail.
  4. Choose “Download”: Select “Download” from the dropdown menu.
  5. Check Downloads Folder: The image will usually save to the Downloads folder unless you’ve chosen a different location.

📦 How to Download a Zip File of Multiple Images

On a PC:

  1. Select Files or Folders: Click check box on the folder or select multiple images.
  2. Click “Download”: Dropbox will automatically compress the files into a .zip file.
  3. Locate the File: The zip file will download to your Downloads folder.
  4. Extract the Files:
    • Right-click on the zip file.
    • Select “Extract All” and choose a destination folder.
    • Click “Extract” to unzip the files.

On a Mac:

  1. Select Files or Folders: Highlight the folder or multiple images.
  2. Click “Download”: Dropbox will generate a zip file for the selected content.
  3. Locate the File: The zip file will save in your Downloads folder.
  4. Unzip the File:
    • Double-click the zip file.
    • The files will extract into a new folder in the same location.
