Set up went smoothly, and we used the full two hours to get everything ready. I helped with both the indoor and outdoor displays, but now that we have photos for reference, I think Meaghan can handle future setups on her own.
I also spoke with Paul about needing more time before events to organize the distributor shelves. We talked about putting a plan in place to have orders delivered about two weeks ahead of time, which would allow me to stop in after delivery—before the event—to get everything organized and flag anything that might be missing.
For this event, I managed the indoor booth while Meaghan handled the outdoor booth.
I know Laura, and perhaps others, reached out regarding a FS price list with no response. However, they did have a price list in our vendor packet when we arrived. It was a big help in answering customer questions.
Attendance was slower than usual this year.
