We’re challenging our retailers to transform their stores into a spooky showcases that highlight our Smoke Odor Exterminator products. Whether it’s a haunted house theme or a creepy crypt, we want to see your most creative, eerie, and eye-catching displays. Snap a photo of your killer setup, and you could win big! It’s time to show off your store’s style and make this Halloween one to remember.

Halloween Display Photo Contest Rules & Regulations
1. Eligibility:
- The contest is open to all retailers who currently carry Smoke Odor Exterminator products.
- Participants must be the owner or manager of the retail store entering the contest.
2. Contest Period:
- The contest begins on Sept. 9th and ends on October 23rd. All entries must be submitted by 3pm ET on the end date.
3. How to Enter:
- Decorate your retail display with a Halloween theme that prominently features Smoke Odor Exterminator products.
- Take a high-quality photo of the display and submit it via the form on this webpage.
- Include the store name and location.
- Limit one entry per store location.
4. Display Requirements:
- Displays must incorporate a Halloween theme and showcase Smoke Odor Exterminator products in a creative and eye-catching way.
- Displays should be safe for customers and employees, with no hazardous elements.
- Photos should be high-resolution and in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG.
5. Judging Criteria:
- Creativity: How original and imaginative is the Halloween display?
- Product Integration: How well are Smoke Odor Exterminator products featured in the display?
- Visual Impact: Does the display grab attention and create a festive atmosphere?
6. Voting:
- A panel of judges will review all entries based on the judging criteria and select the winners.
7. Prizes:
- Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 entries.
- First place will receive a free case of candles and 7oz sprays
- Second place will receive a half case of candles and 7oz sprays
- Third place will receive a gift bag with various product
- Winners will be notified via email by October 31st.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Use of Entries:
- By entering the contest, participants grant Tobacco Outlet Products the right to use submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
9. Disqualification:
- Entries that do not meet the eligibility or submission requirements will be disqualified.
- Any form of manipulation, cheating, use of ai, or violation of the contest rules will result in disqualification.
11. Privacy:
- Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Miscellaneous:
- Tobacco Outlet Products reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations.
