I’m very allergic to cigarette smoke. Unknowingly, I moved into a house where the previous tenants were heavy smokers. While the main part of the house didn’t smell of smoke, my bedroom did after my first month there. I used many other products, repainted, cleaned the carpets, and generally tried everything I could think of to get rid of the smell. It would seem to work for a couple of days, and then I’d be gone for a couple days, and come home to the house reeking of second hand smoke.

The first time I used this, I was skeptical. I could still sort of smell the smoke underneath it. After a few hours, though, the smoke seemed to be gone. When I came back from a trip, my house smelled a little bit like second hand smoke, but nothing so bad as prior to using this. So, I used it again.

It has now been several months since I last used this, and my house smells fresh and there is no sign of the smoke. As an added bonus, I can no longer smell the dogs the previous tenants had, even after vacuuming.
