Click on your computer model below for instructions on how to extract zip files. 

PC (Windows)

  1. Locate the Zip File:

    • Find the zip file you want to extract. It’s usually in the Downloads folder or on your Desktop.

  2. Right-Click the Zip File:

    • Right-click on the zip file to open the context menu.

  3. Extract the Zip File:

    • Select “Extract All…” from the context menu.

  4. Choose a Destination:

    • In the window that appears, choose the destination folder where you want the files to be extracted.
    • Click the “Extract” button.

  5. Access the Extracted Files:

    • Open the folder you chose as the destination to access the extracted files.

Mac

  1. Locate the Zip File:

    • Find the zip file you want to extract. It’s usually in the Downloads folder or on your Desktop.

  2. Extract the Zip File:

    • Double-click on the zip file. This will automatically create a new folder in the same location as the zip file, containing all the extracted files.

  3. Access the Extracted Files:

    • Open the newly created folder to access the extracted files.
